About the Conference

Building a Case Against Hate brings together law enforcement, Crown prosecutors, government partners and subject-matter experts for two days of education, discussion and collaboration focused on hate crime and antisemitism.

Now in its seventh year, the conference provides professionals working across the justice and public-safety sectors with opportunities to examine emerging issues, share knowledge and strengthen responses to hate in Canadian communities.

Each year the conference brings together 500+ professionals from across Canada, in person and online, including members of the RCMP, Canadian Armed Forces, provincial and municipal police services and Crown prosecutors. The 2027 conference will also be streamed virtually for those unable to attend in person.
